Updated, two bedroom apartment within two blocks of Belfast's shops, the CoOp, restaurants, and the Harbor. Walk to the shore, the park, or the movies. Drive to near-by beaches, state parks, or Acadia National Park. Shop for antiques and local crafts, arts, and foods. The house was built as a Congregational Parsonage and has been beautifully updated while retaining its historic character.
The apartment features a new kitchen with dishwasher, micro-wave, coffee maker, and full-sized stove and fridge. Two bedrooms: one with queen bed and one with bunks. A futon in the sitting area converts to a double bed. Bath is stocked with towels and a hairdryer.
The apartment is upstairs and accessed through a common hall. Access to the washer and dryer, fenced backyard, and front porch are also available on request.
Interaction with guests
In the summer we live at our organic asparagus farm, but will be here to greet you whenever possible. When we are in residence, we will be happy to provide you with additional information about the area.
If you have questions before booking, please feel free to call or email us. We are early risers and probably will not respond to inquiries after 8PM, but we will get back to you first thing the next morning.
Other things to note
The apartment is available when the full house is NOT rented. Check calendar for availability.
We require a rental contract and stays of greater than 3 nights may require a security deposit of $100 and a cleaning fee. All guests will be charge Maine hospitality tax of 9%.
No smoking in or outside on the premises. No pets allowed.
