The space
Villa Viola is a Brand New Super Luxury Villa completed in 2024 in perhaps the most sought after location in Phuket- Laguna & Bangtao Beach. Built at Laguna Homes on the stunning Laguna Golf course It has 1100 Sq Meter of built up area for the guests to enjoy all kind of relaxing & entertainment areas.
It is a two story villa comprising of 7 bedrooms with 7 ensuite private bathrooms + 2 guest toilets on two floors with multiple luxurious indoor & outdoor living spaces, large Patio & Gazebo ( Sala) and a sprawling15X5 meter blue private pool with a salt water cleaning system with no chlorine. Villa has separate staff quarters with a fully modern and equipped kitchen with 2 Refrigerators & Wine chiller. There is an outdoor kitchen for wet or Thai cooking . The upper floor has its own Pantry, Refrigerator, Microwave and dining table for 6.
Villa has a formal airconditioned grand Dining area in the middle of the courtyard under a beautiful Chandelier with an Italian dining table seating 12 guests for a perfect formal meal. Additionally there are outdoor dinning tables for 10 guests in Patio overlooking the Blue Pool ,
Golf course and a truly stunning Sun set over Bangtao beach. Finally great parts of the villa are the terrace on the 2nd floor overlooking the huge expanse of the Golf course and Gazebo, perfect for relaxation and dining under the stars. The terrace also has a small Gym equipment overlooking the golf course and also a place for Meditation. The Patio has Bar B Q grill and kids Soccer table to enjoy playing.
Villa has a beautiful Game area with a Pool Table fully equipped for fun and serious game for guests and a Soccer Table for enjoyment of adults as well as Kids.

- Pets are not allowed unless specially agreed.
- Smoking is permitted only outdoor in Patio, Terrace & Gazebo. No indoor smoking in the Villa . Fine- THB 5000.
- Durian, Drugs, and Narcotics are strictly prohibited in the villa.
- Quiet time is 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Since the villa is in a residential area ,in consideration of the neighbors guests are requested not to play loud music outdoor in the Patio ,Gazebo (Sala) & on the Pool Deck.
- Pool and garden maintenance is conducted twice a week.

- Check-in: 3:00 PM onward
- Check-out: 12 PM
-You can extend checkout by maximum 2 hours without extra charge subject to no guests checking in the villa same day. If further extension is allowed by the Villa extra fee will be THB 2000/hour.

- Maximum occupancy: 15 Guests

- 10,000 THB for stays no longer than 7 days. Extra deposit amount will be applicable for stay more than 7 days.

**Covers breaches of terms, damages, or extra expenses like electricity charges etc.
- Electricity is not included in the room rate & will be charged on actuals at 7 THB/unit(KWH) as per the Thai Government electricity rate as per the actual meter reading. Villa staff will take photos of meter reading on check in & check out and will share them with guests for record.
-Mineral water will be supplied free of cost.
-Villa provides daily cleaning & Bed turning.
-Bar B Q grill is available for the guest use including Gas supply for fire start up and charcoal free of cost.
-Private Chef services are available on prior request.
- Villa has special arrangement with one of the best Massage chain in Laguna area where as the villa Viola guest 10% discount will be applicable. The services include free pick up and drop by the Massage operator from the villa. In villa massage services is also available at slight extra cost. Details available with villa host along with very attractive massage rates.
-Water & Internet are free of charge.
-Baby cot & chair are available free of cost.
-Villa provides transportation like airport pick up & drop plus car & Van hire for the day use at extra cost. details will be available with Villa host.
-Bathroom/Toilet etiquette- Please do not flush Tissues/Sanitary Pads in the toilet to avoid clogging. In case of toilet clogged due to above there will be a charge of THB 5000 as plumbing fee.
