Great location100% of recent guests gave this home’s location a 5-star rating.

Stunning marsh and sea views. Run by International artist Frances Kearney (RCA), ( with her young son) who returned from East End London to her native home. I am very local with a twist. Contemporary, traditional. Genuine. Historical. Extremely relaxed. Former art gallery of Patrick Kearney. No pink frills or silly rules. This booking is for the double room called The West room. There are two further double rooms for this bed and breakfast which are listed seperately.

Frances was a welcoming host and we enjoyed getting to know her. She was friendly and was a great chef (the breakfast was one of my favourite things).

Frances is a warm and inviting host. We felt very welcome in her home, which is cosy and filled with beautiful art. We enjoyed a very brisk walk across the marsh and along the beach (as you’d expect in December!) where we saw seals with their babies and many birds, then back to w…
