Welcome to my bright, spacious one-bedroom apartment in the heart of the historic U Street Corridor.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-story rowhouse. It includes a bedroom, living room, full kitchen, and bathroom—hardwood floors throughout (tile in the kitchen and bathroom), nine-foot ceilings, and lots of natural light.
As I live here, the apartment is fully furnished and equipped for a great stay in Washington, DC.
In the bedroom there is a queen bed, a large, mirrored closet with hangers and a top-shelf, a six-drawer dresser, and a nightstand.
In the living room there is a sofa, coffee table, multiple chairs, television with basic cable, Netflix, and Hulu, as well as a stereo, DVD player, and a worktable/dining table. The living room windows face the street with a lovely view of rowhouses. There’s also a large bookcase, with books, CDs, and DVDs, which you should feel free to explore.
The kitchen has everything you need. There are dishes, glasses (including wine glasses), pots and pans, silverware, a French press, tea kettle, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and a gas range and oven. Help yourself to anything in the refrigerator or cabinets. In the kitchen, there is a closet door that opens to a washer and dryer.
In the hall closet you’ll find sheets, towels, and blankets. I also provide a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
Two (2) guests can sleep on the queen bed, and there is room for one other guest to sleep on the couch (note: this is not a pull-out couch)—I have an extra pillow, sheets, and blankets.
