Beautiful row house suite located in the heart of an iconic DC neighborhood. Enjoy plenty of privacy and natural light. Walking distance to the Capitol Building, Supreme Court, Library of Congress, historic Eastern Market, restaurants, and Metro.
Located on the second floor of a brick row house in the iconic DC style, the private suite includes a queen bed, sofa bed and a full bathroom. The unit consists of three rooms: a large living area with TV, mini fridge, microwave, work area, seating, and pull-out sleeper sofa; a bedroom with queen bed and desk; and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and double vanity.
Guests have full access to the unit including WiFi and Cable TV. In addition, the row house has a grand common room with a full kitchen, dining tables, seating area and workstation.
Interaction with guests
I do not live at the listing. The suite is in a multi-unit building and has a keyless entry system. This unit is used exclusively for Airbnb guests—this means you can come and go as you please. It also means that we likely won't meet face-to-face.
Other things to note
Safety: Capitol Hill is a bustling and vibrant neighborhood. Hill Staffers, students, business people, locals, and tourists are around at all hours, making it safe for walking, even at night.
We have only a few simple rules:
-Do not park in or block the driveway of our neighbor at 620 North Carolina Ave. for any period of time
-No smoking or pets
-Maximum four person occupancy
-Please be mindful of neighbors

We are DC natives and grew up on Capitol Hill, so look no further for restaurant and adventure tips! In our free time, we love exploring DC and its surrounding areas by bike, while also seeking out the city’s best milkshakes and cocktails. When we're not in the city, you might find us rock climbing or camping in the nearby Shenandoah's.
We manage a few properties on Airbnb with other partners. We will be completely available to you (via text, email, phone) during your stay. Welcome to DC!
