Two bedroom period property in the much sort-after terrace of Beau Rivage in Cley. Situated near the landmark Windmill and the salt marshes, the coastal path to the beach is just a stone's throw away...and so is the village pub!

Both bedrooms have lovely views. The main front bedroom over the reed-beds and back bedroom over the windmill on to the coast. We provide good quality John Lewis bed linen.
PLEASE NOTE - the back bedroom has a small 4ft double which we say is a very comfortable single allowing for sleeping arrangements of a maximum of three guests
In winter, both beds are made up with Dreamland Intelliheat electric under-blankets for cosy nights
The well equipped kitchen diner has dining table and chairs to seat three,an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and overlooks the pretty, private garden with outside table, chairs and an outside loo.

THE COTTAGE IS STRICTLY PET AND SMOKE FREE - THANK YOU
SELF CHECK IN ONLY - at anytime after 3pm .We are unable to offer a "meet and greet" service. Access to the cottage is by key collection from onsite key safe - arrive at your convenience
CHILD POLICY - ONE child over the age of two is happily accepted on the strict understanding that the property does not provide any cots, high-chairs, stairgates or other child specific facilities. You are asked to bring what you need with you
Please do us the courtesy of checking out on time -no later than 10am - and leaving everything as you found it
There is a charge of £25 for lost keys, lock-outs that we have to attend and keys not returned to the key safe on check out
Accidents will happen - please notify us asap - however ALL damage must be paid for. Small crockery breakages are expected and accepted.
PLEASE BE SURE TO - Take out any rubbish and recycling, remove and dispose of all unwanted food from the fridge,leave the dishwasher empty We appreciate you stripping the beds you have used before departing . Thank you!
