Ringstead, an attractive village is situated three miles from Hunstanton and the North Norfolk coast, ideal for family days out on the beach and water sports. Sandringham and other historic houses are close by. RSPB Titchwell and Snettisham are fantastic local reserves. The village has a local shop and the Gin Trap, our village pub is within a short walk - a must for gin and foodie lovers. We are also on the Peddars Way so this area is a walkers paradise.
Little Barn is a gem of property. It is a renovated cow barn with an open plan kitchen/living room, in a bright contemporary style. Upstairs, there is a good sized double bedroom and a small twin. The bathroom has a walk in shower and was renovated two years ago.
You have your own private terrace where you can sit in the morning sunshine and enjoy breakfast outside.
You can access our garden and use the BBQ terrace from time to time. There is off-road parking for one car.
Interaction with guests
Little Barn shares the same garden as us (although you do have a private terrace) so we are always on hand to say hello and help in any way we can.
Other things to note
Poppy our chocolate labrador is very friendly and likes to say hello to everyone.
Please enjoy Little Barn and leave it as you find it.
I have been renting my own cottage in Ringstead for 10 years. I have also worked in the leisure business supervising a luxury glamping site in Thornham for the last 3 years.
Having lived in Norfolk for over 15 years, I have great local knowledge and as my dad lives in Brancaster Staithe, I visit the village quite often and have grown up in this village.
