Quiniquillic is a spacious (200m2 available) country house located in south Finistère, close to "Pointe du Raz". It consists of a late nineteenth century building and an adjoining barn, in a 2500 m2 private garden. It it is composed of 1 living room, 1 dining room with kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
In addition, a table tennis can be used in the large ground floor of the barn.
- On the ground floor:

- On the floor of the barn :

o 1 WC.
- The garden is separated from the path by two small barns;
- Are available: garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, 1 umbrella and 1 barbecue;
- A parking area can be used for up to 3 cars;
- 1 fridge freezer is on the ground floor of the barn, in addition to the kitchen refrigerator.
- The multimedia equipment includes:
o internet access with wifi, free phone to landlines in France and in many countries;
o TV with DVD player;
o radio with CD player.
The main shops are 3 km away in the village of Pont Croix : Super U, bakery, pharmacy, fish, meats, organic food, etc. créperies.
The markets are held every day in Douarnenez, Wednesday and Saturday morning in Tréboul, on Thursday morning in Pont Croix and Saturday morning in the Audierne.
Many beaches are available on the north side oo the bay of Douarnenez, on the south side on Audierne Bay and on west (« Baie des Trepassés »). The recreational activities focusing on the sea are abundant (sailing, sea fishing, etc.) and there is a wide range of hiking.
