Baru is what almost everybody calls me. I was shocked when I graduated in Economics from University of Bombay (now Mumbai University).
Seriously lacking in ambition and at a loss as to career options I walked into Ambassador Flight Kitchen and got a job in Croissants Etc. I worked in a couple of Financial services companies and then chucked it all to roll with the Television bandwagon. Zee TV, Star TV, Channel [V], National Geographic Channel, The History Channel, UTV World Movies I worked and enjoyed them all.
In the mean time I pursued a parallel career in Travel, white water rafting, trekking and tour leading all over the sub continent. During many of these trips both as a TV professional and a Travel professional came to Kanha and I was ensnared and captivated by its beauty.
I built Kamp brick by brick and learned local civil engineering in the process. For me this is the dream life.
I basically want to save and return this small patch of land to the jungle, The Kamp is the by-product of that goal.

Either of us is always present to take care of your needs, tell you tall jungle tales and introduce you to Mahua the local brew.
