This architectural luxury modern 3 or 4 bedroom home plus separate studio is 3kms from Wanaka CBD, and close to Lake Wanaka and the Clutha river. It offers expansive mountain views and privacy from the neighbours on 1/2acre section. There is a hot tub, an outdoor barrel sauna and an ice bath allowing you to completely rejuvenate and relax. Or to keep you active there is also a trampoline, a ping pong table, tennis rackets, a big lawn, games, 2 cruiser bikes and golf clubs.

This very comfortable feel good luxury property offers so many areas to relax and unwind. As well as having an entity of sporting equipment for your use.
Each bedroom boasts offers the utmost comfort in bedding with plush linen duvet covers and crisp white linen.
There are two outdoor dinning areas. The east side has a large outdoor sofa and is perfect for the really hot sunny evenings as it is protected from the late afternoon sun. The western deck has a large Kauri table and a bbq offering an area for cooking and eating enjoyed at anytime of the day. The kids can play on the trampoline or play outdoor cricket on the lawn. And there are tennis courts, basketball courts, a skate ramp and a pump track just around the corner. You can also unwind at the local restaurant "the monkey farm" (less than 5minutes walk) away and with a great kids playground onsite. There is also a separate media room if the kids or the adults want to bunker down and watch a movie. The house has an underfloor heating and cooling system. In summer you can set the temperature lower and cool water will run through the floors keeping everything nice and cool for your enjoyment. You will never be too hot or too cold in this comfortable and luxurious home. The wood burner is also available for the winter months, although it functions more for ambience was the sophisticated heating systems will keep the house at a constant set temperature of your choice.
