The fully equipped kitchenette is complete with refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and conduction hotplate. Plates, utensils, cutlery, glasses.......tea, coffee, sugar, condiments ......everything you need to allow you to feel at home.
There is also gas compact kettle barbecue in the courtyard for summer al fresco cooking and dining.

You have access to the apartment directly through the front garden from the street. Enter via the walled and gated courtyard complete with cafe table and chairs and a red leadlight front door.
Once inside you have full and unrestricted access to your self contained bedroom, living room including kitchenette and bathroom.
Entry points to other parts of the home are secured to maintain your privacy and ensure your comfort and confidence.
Your hosts live in the building and will be available (in person, text or phone) to answer your questions about the apartment, the neighborhood and share a local's perspective about Adelaide.
Stephanie works in Mental Health and Kevin works from home in IT and teaching, and are long term Adelaideans. They are keen to respect your privacy while remaining available to assist you with your needs or questions. Kevin and Stephanie are happy to offer any advice or recommendations.............just ask.

There is 1 huge bedroom with a Queen bed which can accommodate a single or couple beautifully. There is also an ottoman which extends to a single bed. Further sleeping accommodation can be provided by a pullout double bed from the living room sofa.
The bathroom has a gravity fed rainfall style shower head at approximately 175 cms above floor level.
The apartment is part of our (URL HIDDEN) you may be able to hear us from time to time.
Street parking is readily available and unrestricted; off street parking is available on request.
We try our best to welcome all of guests. If that is not possible, access is facilitated by the key being left in a key safe on the adjacent verandah. The apartment has a street frontage and direct access from the street through a private and gated courtyard. The apartment is immediately adjacent to our home. We are not able to offer laundry access.
Interaction with guests
We try to welcome each and every guest if at all possible to show through and explain the idiosyncrasies of an old heritage villa. The apartment is immediately adjacent to the our home and we (Stephanie and Kevin) are readily available if needed.
Other things to note
Please note that the apartment is most suitable for a couple. Additional guests are welcome, but please be aware that additional people utilising the sofa bed in the living room will inhibit the flow of that room and the bed will have to be packed up daily to use the kitchen and living space effectively.
The ottoman in the bedroom expands to a small single bed most suitable to a child or person of slight build.
Please LOOK AFTER YOUR HOLIDAY HOME as you would your own.
Please make sure the apartment is secured at all times. Lock up when you are not at home. On departure, please leave you key on the dining table and lock the door behind you.
A Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner is available to maintain the carpets, and the usual cleaning products are provided to tidy up and keep things comfortable and hygienic for the duration of your stay.
You are welcome to use NBN WiFi, but please USE MINDFULLY for web surfing, email and not for excessive downloading.
We are environmentally aware: please CONSERVE ENERGY and WATER as much as comfortably possible. Please TURN OFF air-conditioning, lights, etc when not in use and certainly when not in the apartment.
The apartment is in a residential neighborhood, please respect our neighbours, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
