The space
Tucked away in the Malpais mountains away from the main street dusty areas yet 200 meters to the nearest beaches of Malpais and Carmen.

The floor plan includes 3 bed/3 bath and 1 tv/reading room with sofa bed split between 2 floors.

Each level has spacious indoor/outdoor areas to enjoy the Jacuzzi pool framed with natural coral stone and aforementioned views of ocean and jungle.

This house is unique in design with custom made woodwork and artisanal metal framework imported from Italy.

Amplious fully equipped kitchen with Stainless steel oven, microwave, blender, etc.

Lounge areas with high speed wifi connection throughout the house.

Pool lounge areas and outside dining table to enjoy the unique experience of dining under the moonlight on the huge teakwood deck with atmospheric lighting throughout the house.

Original from Holland I moved to Costa Rica 25 years ago, my son Jeremy was born and raised here in Santa Teresa and is now managing our houses in Malpais:-) we bought the property in 2014, remodeled and added on “The West side house” where Jeremy currently lives and makes sure Casa Canopy is in optimal conditions and will provide all services needed:-)
