Traditional terraced house with architectural extension, located on a residential street away from the noise of traffic. 15 mins walk to the tube with easy links to Liverpool Street and the West End. The house is very light with generously sized rooms, period fire places wooden floor boards and architectural features. Close to The Olympic Park and Westfield shopping with lovely walks along the River Lea, Hackney marshes, and Chatsworth Road market on a Sunday.

The space
Clean, tidy with lots of character and nature around.
The king bedroom has a huge bay window which fills the room with morning sunlight. It has a kingsized bed, wooden floor boards, fire place and wooden double glazed sash window with black out blinds. The double room has afternoon and sunset light, wooden floor boards, fireplace and wooden double glazed sash window looking on to the wonderful garden. The bathroom has a separate shower and a bath with brand new contemporary fittings. The kitchen is an architectural space surrounded by nature and cedar wood. There are new german appliances, oven, dish washer, microwave, fridge/freezer and ice maker.
Outside is a wonderful south facing garden with x2 secluded patio areas, one by the magnolia tree running along side the cedar kitchen extension the other a secret escape at the back of the garden with raised planters and suspended seating area situated under a pergola.

Guest access
Bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen (for tea/coffee and snacks) plus the garden and seating areas.

Locally there are a couple of coffee shops and a little restaurant and bar (Marmelo + Yardarm). I live very close to Jubliee park which leads on to hackney marshes with wonderful walks along the canal, river and the olympic park all within a short distance away. You could go swimming at the famous aquatic centre or take the family for a picnic in the spectacular olympic gardens. There are many markets including Columbia Road and broadway market a bus ride away.

I am an artist with a love for architecture and nature. I work as an art director. I enjoy collecting items which have something fascinating about them. In my spare time you will find me gardening, cooking or cycling around London. I choose east London as my home because I can't live with out the diversity of food, culture and all the wonderful markets around the area against the contrast of how much green space there is to relax.
