This new villa is situated close to seminyak 5 minutes from restaurants, bars and beach, in a quiet place in the middle of rice fields. modern construction, spacious, it can afford until 12 guest.

This contemporary 4 bedrooms villa is located in a quiet location on Umalas, takes only 5 minutes from Seminyak and the beach. Feel the environment which is typicaly balinese with beautiful view over the rice fields of Umalas, also small river flowing down.The villa offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and most famous district Seminyak, while maintaining the quiet and calm for a relaxing vacation.

This villa is newly built, inspired from balinese main building which houses a huge living room (80m2) opens onto the pool and the garden with a large lounge and dining room tastefully decorated with white furniture and especially the clean lines that emit an aura of simplicity and modern style. In the same room fully equipped kitchen style directly on the dining room via a bar with high chairs.

Two rooms facing the pool with king-size bed and bathroom also share the outdoors view, a perfect place for a family with children. Upstairs, facing rice field , you will find two master bedrooms each of them with private bathroom and terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the magnificent view. All rooms are conditioned and feature a V flat screen with DVD and cable channels.

Gorgeous and fresh outdoor swimming pool
with raised area for children and jacuzzi throne facing beautiful garden with Palm trees and a few chairs to enjoy the sun. Wireless internet is available in the house, also stereo system with iPod connection, mobile phone comes with all the numbers needed discs.
The staff includes two maids which have cooking skills, a gardener and security guard.
