You can hike or trips nearby and visit the Etruscan cities of Vetulonia and Roselle (and the exhibits of the Archaeological Museum of Grosseto), and the medieval villages of Montemassi, Roccatederighi, Roccastrada and Sticciano.
Located at 25 km Massa Marittima with medieval buildings overlooking the main square where stands the cathedral (XI century). Do not miss the trainers of flying falcons challenge with re-enactments of the flag wavers costume. A half hour drive Mount Amiata. Less than 50 km the Natural Park of Maremma with the mouth of the river Ombrone. A 70 km Siena and surroundings (San Gimignano, Monteriggioni). Near the farm there is the Abbey of San Galgano with the sword in the stone.
The farm is part of the "road of wine DOC Monteregio of Massa Marittima".
The sea and the Grosseto coast beaches are a few kilometers: Marina di Grosseto, Principina a Mare, Marina di Alberese south, north Castiglione della Pescaia and Follonica (all blue flag).
We can sail to the Isle of Elba, Giglio and all the smaller islands of the Tuscan Archipelago.
