Very good host! The house has very good location - 10 minutes to the beach and 15-20 minutes walking to the Budva. Very beautiful view from the terrace. The house looks like on the photos. Good for short-term rest.

We stayed here 7 night's. There is a really nice view from the terrace, hammocks outside, close to bus stop, kitchen has all the basics to make food. This place is really good value for the money.

Nice place with great host. Beautiful view from terrace, friendly atmosphere, beach and bust station situated nearby (5-10 min walk). If you're looking for good vibes, not for luxurious rooms - this is the best choice. We've spent really great time there.

Great place to stay in the Budva area. Choice of 3 beaches all within a 5 minute walk. The house is ideally located and Ana and Nenad make sure that your stay is as easy as possible. Cannot recommend highly enough

When you live in Anas guesthouse during the summer, you share a house with Ana and her nephew Nenad. It is a sweet and simple house that served as a holiday home for the family for many years. Nenad speaks perfect English and really did everything to make me comfortable and welcome. My room had a bed, tv and sofa. The bed was made and towel and a small welcome chocolat was on my bed. On the first night, Nenad offered me some bags with the snack wich were appreciated. In front of the house there is a table and a few chairs where I often drank my morning coffee. Next to the house there is also a large outdoor room with TV, music system, furniture (as well as a bed with mosquito nets where you can sleep if you would prefeer). The view is spectacular from the front of the house. There is also access to two hammocks, both with stunning views. On site there is access to Fridge, cooktop with everything you may need in the form of cooking utensils. I had internet access. Nenad also gave me some advice whera to go and what to do around Budva. There are at least three different beaches within walking distance. The largest beach in Budva has plenty of restaurants and cafes after the seafront. Do not miss taking a walk on the peninsula below the house.

Amazing view and hospitality. Everything you need as a traveler, plus my own private room. Terrace with dining area, TV, stereo, my own room had a TV (even though I didn't use), Nenad (Anna's nephew who runs it when she's not hear and speaks perfect English, German, French, Balkans, some Russian, along with couple others and can help with all kinds of local info) even brought out an Xbox for when I'm not at the beach, or not reading or taking the bus to the old town (or just walking 30 mins). 3 beaches are within 10 min walk from house. House is away and above the touristy stuff so you an relax and sleep but then you can get to all that very easily. Was offered cider, wine and beer on arrival as well. The kitchen is sufficient with the burner that works fast, and the oven if you want to roast a chicken. This is basically a home, and I've met a couple of other cool guests (never more than 2 others) during my stay to break up any monotony. Laundry machine. 3 hammocks. One underneath a tree with great wifi reception (neighbor's). WiFi sometimes reaches the front terrace and I supplemented with my own cheap local SIM. Super market and bakery are 5 mins away. Bus stop is 50 cents to Budva center and old town so you can get there very quickly or you can take the 30-40 picturesque walk there. Make sure you take the easier pedestrian way up to the house, as there is one. Quiet at night. Free grapes on the vineyard next to the terrace. And then there's the view everyday, I can even see it out my bedroom window. It's a great comfortable place to relax and even get some remote work and studying done. For me, this is a great place to stay in Budva if you're not into all the clubbing or partying, but still want to keep that option open and you like to go to the beach everyday. I mean, who doesn't?

I stayed three nights in Ana's little Guesthouse, I travelled alone. I didn't met Ana in person, but we communicated easy via internet. Some of Ana's friends greeted me in the house first day, but they didn't speak english. The house is small, not new but has its own old vibe - like my old grandma home, and is close to beaches (about 10 min) - where I spend half of every day. Ana has lots of fotos - browse them. There is supermarket nearby and lots of restaurants and fast food on every beach. I recommend visit Sveti Stefan, if you are not lazy you can walk there from Budva (and visit about 10 other beaches) or use bus. If you are looking for the 5star hotel this is not place for you but if you looking for place to stay for night while enjoying sun and blue sea you get this for great price.
