Updated 3 bed/2 bth home w/ all the upgrades. Kitchen; granite, double oven, icemaker, large bedrooms & 20x20 duplicate of the "Round House Bar"! Heated salt water, 14x28, 4' deep built in pool!

Pool deck with granite grilling station, tiki bar, gazebo with gas fireplace too! Gas, EZ go street legal golf cart also available for an additional fee.

NOTE: Pool is semi private. My wife and I are usually there on weekends and stay in the unit to the rear so may use it too. 3 night minimum stay.

The space
Upstairs; 3 bedrooms, master with king, 2nd bedroom, queen, rear / kids room; 2 queens, 2 bunk beds and pull out trundle, perfect for the kids. All rooms with flat screen TV's. Down: Kitchen, living, full bath with washer/dryer, huge shower, dining area and of course the "Round House" room is 20x20 with 6 bar stools, fridge, 55" flat screen TV. Huge sectional with pull out bed too.

We also have a brand new 3 bedroom / 1 bath directly behind us , 721 Sycamore offers 3 bedroom / 1 bath if you need more space.

BRING YOUR FAMILY GATHERINGS: Rent the Roundhouse, and or the 3 bedroom behind us. (We call it "Frosty House". )

Owner requires guests to sign a short term lease to verify rules and limit pool liability.

POOL: Open dates: May 1 - September 30th. Host and wife are there on most weekends and may use the pool too but we are good hosts and would give you your space.

GOLF CART: Gas, street legal golf cart available too for $100/day. Inquire after you sign up.
NOTE: No overnight parking is allowed on the street per city code. Our driveway accomodates up to 3 cars.

Many say this neighborhood is the most fun in town. Known as the "Cove Distrcit", most homes have yellow directional fun signs with a Jimmy Buffet theme with about 13 tiki bars in the hood. Always a good vibe!

My wife Diane and I have poured our energy and hard work into what we think is simply the best place in town. The street, Curran St., has a Jimmy Buffet theme with many individual tiki bars. This is our second home we rent is known as the "Round House" of Sandusky as we created a duplicate of the infamous bar on Put In Bay. We spared no expense on our home with granite everywhere, double oven in kitchen, ice maker, grill station, gazebo on the pool deck too! We want everyone who rents to have as much enjoyment as we've had over the years so have created this great spot with a heated, salt water built in pool. This is like our "Club Med" of Sandusky, enjoy!
