Great flat, perfect for exploring the area. Had everything you could ask for as it was all extremely well thought out. We were able to cook and relax after busy days. Thank you.

Such a great place, has absolutely everything you need (and more). The location is fantastic, so close to some amazing walking and mountain biking routes. Great recommendations from Gavin and Zoe too, so thank you both. Can't recommend this place enough! :)

Incredible value for money! We loved being close to the coffee shop and Indian take away, and it was perfect for two mountain bikers too.

Crash & Burn is a really lovely little flat. It has everything you need for a self-catering break. Small but with all of the amenities you might need. It is within waking distance of a really good coffee shop, Indian restaurant/take-away, well stocked supermarket and a couple of pubs. The flat itself is very comfy and has some nice little touches, such as the vinyl record collection, ukulele, a Rubik cube and 'flip' picture books :-) If you want 'tech' then then the smart TV with chromecast is an added bonus. Personally we prefer old-school and talking to one another whilst listening to some great old 'choons'. Although Crash & Burn is in a small tenement of 3 flats on the ground floor & others above, there were never any issues with noise. Neither from the main street through the village of Innerleithen, which is literally a 'stones-throw' away.

Absolutely cracking little pied-a-terre, perfect for me on my lonesome but would suit a couple or small group who don't mind using the sofa bed in the living room. Right next door to the best coffee shop I have been to in a while. Easy access via the Tweed valley path to Glentress, if you are a mountain biker. Innerleithen is also a haven for cyclists, I felt really at home there. The flat is set up for techies, with enough USB charging points for an army. Kitchen is well-equipped for basic cooking and lots of quirky books, magazines, and of course a collection of vinyl records to provide an alternative entertainment. Gavin and Zoe communicated clearly beforehand and I didn't have any issues figuring out where everything was and how it all worked. I'll be back!
