Stayed here for a night with my friend passing through Christchurch and the house is relatively easy to get to both to and fro from the airport/city center but there is only one bus for both trips. If you decide to stay late in the city center at night it can take quite some time to get back to the house - I had to wait 43 minutes for the next bus. The house is small but space is definitely sufficient. Tom and Erin built it themselves and it's both environmentally friendly and sustainable. Erin also gave us home made bread for breakfast which was delicious and the house is stocked with many things such as a first aid kit and basic breakfast spreads as well as toiletries. It was a pleasure to stay at their house for the night.

The tiny house is really amazing! Especially the skylight window, which is awesome! We had a very nice stay and the house is really clean. House is located next to bus stop which is just perfect.

A fabulous place to stay. Beautifully clean, with all a couple needs for a comfortable stay. Quiet residential area, a nice 10 minute walk to the local shops / supermarket. Tasty breakfast treats and great shower. The stairs were steep but ok with the handrail.

This place was perfect after a long campervan vacation. The bed was outstanding!! The house was eco friendly and I’m a big fan of the toilet! There was freshly baked bread on the counter when I arrived and some yummy granola that I added to my yogurt. The garden was also beautiful. The place was easy to lock up for my early 6am flight back to the states, no issues with entering or leaving. Would love to stay again!

Our stay was amazing! I was looking forward to staying in a tiny house after having watched several shows on TV about people building their own. The place was above our expectations, hosts were super nice, the place was super clean, easy communications and easy check-in. Just wish we were able to stay longer!
