Where you’ll be

Vaughan, Ontario, Canada

The population of Woodbridge is about 95% English speakers, with 15 % of the population also speaking Italian, and 6% also speaking Russian. Nino d'Aversa is a wonderful bakery/ pizzeria within a 5 minute walk, north along Kipling Ave. Banks, library, shops, hair and nail salons are within 10 a minute walk. Popular with the tourists: Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre, Canada's Wonderland amusement park (roller coasters!). From here to Harbourfront Centre in Toronto by bus will take you 1hr, 39minutes; by car 46 minutes. Ask me about commute time to other destinations, and I will answer as soon as I can. I recommend using g00gle maps to calculate commute times from the intersection of Highway 7 and Kipling, to your destination. It's accurate, and will tell you the time and distance with various modes of transportation such as on foot, bicycling, driving a vehicle or public transit.

During your stay

You likely will be letting yourself in, and once you've booked, I'll explain how to get into the house. Please keep reading all of the description to fing out about parking. Clean up after yourself, especially making an effort to sort your garbage. If my work schedule allows, I will try to meet you, but more than 1/2 my guests so far I haven't met. Enjoy your time here, and be mindful of quiet time after 10pm and before 7am.
