You'll have your own private sunny courtyard garden. Studio is well located for a quick spot of skiing or a summer break next to the lake. Wifi is free! Smart TV. There's a well equipped kitchen, the bathroom includes underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. All bedroom and bathroom linens are supplied. Come stay!

The location is situated close to the town centre, only a 5 minutes drive or a 15-20 minute comfortable walk. All that Lake Wanaka has to offer is only a short walk or quick bike ride away. Beautiful Bremner bay is very close, perfect for a summer swim or a leisurely walk around Lake Wanaka's edge. A wonderful walk from Bremner Bay will take you to Eely Point Recreational Reserve which is a popular boat access point.

Wireless internet is available and is FREE of charge.

Easy access to some of New Zealand's best ski fields including;
Treble Cone and Cadrona.
Treble Cone Ski Field is 30km.
Cadrona Ski Field is 37 km.
Queenstown Airport is 1 hour.
Coronet Peak Ski Field is 1 hour 20 minutes.
Remarkables Ski Field is 1 hour 20 minutes.
For those that love Golf the Wanaka Golf Course is 2.5 km.

For Coffee lovers we have a Nespresso coffee machine, just bring along your favourite coffee pods. For North American's sadly we do not supply a drip coffee machine.

I'm a kiwi who grew up in Otago, New Zealand. I had lived in Hong Kong for 11 years and have travelled to many countries. Recently returned to NZ to enjoy the beautiful environment and people! As an avid traveller I am very aware of what other travellers are looking for and I hope to make it a comfortable and memorable stay!

As a traveller, my husband and I really enjoy staying in private lodging, away from sterile Hotels. Often you have the opportunity to learn a few things from your host, you get to experience a different part of a city, town or village and you often are provided with a few "home" comforts that make your stay that much more relaxing and enjoyable. In September 2013 we had the opportunity to stay in some fabulous B&Bs and apartments in Croatia, Montenegro and Italy. Although the lodgings in Croatia were simple, they were so clean and the hosts were lovely!
