A fully self contained cottage, suitable for a couple or a single only. Well equipped kitchen, and spacious bathroom. The room is air conditioned, for warmth or cooling. A BBQ supplied, in your outdoor area (smoking allowed in this area).
We are within walking distance to Lake Albert, which has a walking track. We are on the outskirts of town, approx. 10-12 mins from the Central Wagga Shopping district & 20 mins from the university. Shops & restaurants close by.
Excellent access to Kapooka.

The space
We are situated on a 1 acre corner block, with semi rural 5 acre blocks opposite.
A fully self contained cottage, separate to the house with its own drive way.
Not suitable for wheelchairs, as there are steps.
Due to allergies, we are unable to accommodate dogs.
