We had a perfect time in Giovanni's appartement. It is very clean, well-equipped and Giovanni is a perfect host! The appartment is very well located for people who want to travel to Cagliari, CAG airport, Costa del Sud and Capo Carbonara and beaches in the South east. A car is definitely required! Thanks for the nice stay, we definitely recommend!

Giovanni is very nice and friendly person you can talk to and ask for advice where to go eat or which beach does he recommend you. The room is nice and had enough space, its new also the bathroom. The kitchen is very small but you find everything what you need there. What is really kind on our arrival we found milk, some fruit, butter, beer, juices and mineral water in the Fridge. The only thing is that there are no English speaking or German speaking channels on TV you find there only Italian ones. And the thing that we didn´t like was noisy fridge .....there are no doors to close the kitchen, so when you fall asleep you wake up hearing the fridge. And also the house is close to the main road so you can hear the cars. There is enough place in front of the house so you can park the car there. Everything else was nice and Giovanni is a good host.

We had a great stay at Giovanni's home with nice self served breakfast. We had a big basket full of fresh fruits, juices, croissants and everything your heart is longing for in the morning. Unfortunately there is no air condition and the fan at the ceiling wasn't working very well so it's getting hot in the room but luckily Giovanni provided us a fan which was a lot better!!! Anyway, we can recommend this nice place!

Giovanni'a place has everything you need in a holiday trip. It is very modern, practical and well-designed. You will need a car to go everywhere as it is not in the centre of Capoterra and the village lacks of amenities. I recommend to visit the town of Pula, Cagliari and the Island of San Pietro (Carloforte) during your stay. Even though the apartment is not central, Giovanni's place is priced reasonable for what you get and as long as you have a vehicle, it will be fine.

Giovanni's house is very beautiful and in a quiet place. The house is located in Capoterra, a small city where you can find restaurants, shops and all you need for holiday. Capoterra is at 20 minutes of the center of Cagliari with the car. The beach of Maddalena is at 5 minutes from Giovanni's house, with the car. In the South of the island, there's a lot of beautiful beaches. Giovanni's house is a perfect place to stay during your trip. About Giovanni and his wife, they're really kind and take care of all your needs.

This is an impeccably clean small apartment for two people only. Modern fixtures, small two burner hotplate, and well stocked with provisions by the charming hosts. Without GPS it would be very difficult to find as many streets are not signed and as usual (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) directions are vague. It is a little way out of town (15 mins walk to supermarket) and a few Kms drive to the nearest beach. The road going past the house is noisy with traffic and there is no A/C but the windows are all screened so its possible to get a nice breeze blowing through. Pretty garden growing flowers and vegetables. Nice patio for meals.

We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely lovely! Everything was modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. When we arrived our fridge was stocked with milk, beers and water. We were also given a basket of various breads and jams for breakfast which was fantastic. Giovanni and his wife are very welcoming and discrete hosts. Sadly we could not speak Italian, though we managed to have conversations using a mixture of French, English, hand signs and some Italian. We went on day trips around the island and visited many different villages and beaches, so we would say a rental car is a must. After returning from some of these trips we were greeted by some hand made muffins and pasties that Giovanni's wife had prepared for us! They were absolutely lovely and a wonderful surprise. We would definitely visit again- wonderful hosts and accommodation, wonderful island and wonderful memories!
