Vila 24 is a beautiful contemporary townhouse situated in the renowned Vale do Lobo resort. Vila 24 is just 5 min away, through its pedestrianised cobbled streets, from one of the best sandy beaches in Algarve and the vast selection of restaurants, bars and shops the resort has to offer.
Vila 24 is a three floor townhouse. It is composed in its lower level of a well furnished and comfortable living room and a shady terrace ideal for dinning.
A fully equipped modern kitchen is located on the first floor adjacent to its dining area. Also on this level you will access the master bedroom and its en suite bathroom. Another living area is located on this floor where a double sofa bed is available. The second spacious bedroom is located on the second floor. It has two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Finally in the upper level, you will be able to enjoy the roof terrace where you can soak up the Algarve sun and admire the views.
Although it does not have its own pool, most guests staying at Vila 24 just enjoy spending time at the beach. If you fancy a day at the pool you may use the resort huge communal pool for a daily or weekly fee.
Upon request one parking card can be made available free of charge for parking on the street. Without this card parking on the street and car park in front of the house is subject to specific fees (only during the peak summer season: June/July/August/September).
Interaction with guests
Once the booking is made, we provide our guests with the Vila 24 Guest Book which includes all the information they might need in preparation of and during their stay.
In Vale do Lobo, guests will be welcomed by Maria Joao, the house caretaker. She will take the time to give you a tour of the house and answer any questions you might have.
We are reachable at all times by email and phone. We will assist you gladly with any special requests during your stay!
1. Maximum Occupancy
The normal number of Guests is max 6 persons.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
3. Additional Guests
People other than the Guests may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
4. Accidents, Injuries, Illness
The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that may occur while on the premises or its facilities.
5. Personal Belongings
The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.
6. Condition and use of premises
The Homeowner acknowledges that the property is in good condition.
Upon check-in the Homeowner/House caretaker and Guest shall do a house inventory of main items present in the property and their condition. If there is anything about the condition of the property that is not good or missing from the inventory, it shall be reported upon check-in or check-out.
The Airbnb security deposit will be used in case of damage or losses.
The Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and to only use appliances for their intended use.
Pets are not allowed.
The Parking card is limited to one vehicle and it allows for parking your car on the street (not in the car park in front of the house) free of charge. The Parking card is to be left in the house after check out.
Unless specifically requested (additional rate of 25€), there is no housekeeping service during the rental period. If the booking goes beyond 10 days, housekeeping and new linens/towels will be provided once free of charge.
Linens and bath towels are included in the unit free of charge. Please bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from Vila 24.
