Our place is very close (10 min walk and on the TCAT 30 bus route - 3 min ride) to Cornell University. You’ll love our place because of the location, the people, and the separate space in our finished basement with a private entry. Our place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Our place is on the TCAT 30 bus route which will place you on campus in less than 5 minutes and get you downtown to the Ithaca Commons in less than 15 minutes. The bus runs every 15 minutes on the weekdays except for off peak times (10 am - 3 pm) where it runs every 30 minutes.

You can also get to our place from the Ithaca Airport using the TCAT 32 bus (~12 minute ride) so there are plenty of great public transportation options to get around Ithaca.

We have off street parking for one car.

You can also walk to Cornell University which is a 10 minute endeavor from our place.

We were planning to go Niagara Falls, but we had to spend the night at Ithaca since one of our tyres blowed out in the late evening. I can say that I was really appreciated that we stayed in Liz’s house. Jamol was really hospitable, and communication was perfect, he shared every detail about the place although we just spent one night there and had to left early in the morning. The location being inside the nature was fascinating, and the house was super clean. I’m sure that if I go to Ithaca again, Liz’s house is gonna be the first place I prefer.

This is a cute, clean, quiet apartment not far from Ithaca commons. Liz provided anything we would need and more, including iron, hair dryer, some snacks and drinks. The entrance to the apartment is around the front of the house with no walkway, so might be a bit challenging to access in heavy snow or for someone with mobility limitations, but worked fine for us.

Liz and Jamol are so welcoming and sweet, this was the second time I stayed with them and I would 100% recommend it to anyone else. They stocked the fridge, provided snacks, and even had 3 different kinds of body wash.

Liz and Jamol's apartment was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Cornell! It was stocked with snacks and drinks, was super clean, and was very convenient for me. Liz was awesome about communicating with me and made sure I had everything I needed to have the best trip possible! I would totally stay here again if I'm ever back in Ithaca!

Liz User ProfileLiz is a superhost.

I'm a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Cornell University studying microbiology and human nutrition. My husband and I are new residents of Ithaca and we love it. I also love learning new things about human nutrition, Shake Shack burgers in Madison Square Park NYC, winning FitBit/Nike Plus group challenges, running miles around the Central Park reservoir, and upstate NY (Ithaca) in the fall.
