It's good to know the points in our apartment disturbing a comfortable stay. We are always interested in offering the best possibilities to our guests.
We accept the critical points mentions in the feedback.
We cannot accept that we were never told how horrible our guest was feeling during the the five days staying in our apartment. There was no chance to minimize the issues.
That's the reason why we take position to the critics.
The flies. Yes, there were flies. Lots of flies. We've had the same in our house on this weekend. First, we thought, we could let the door open. Anyway, to this day we don't know why there were so many flies at that time.
We have contained the flies with fly strips and vacuum cleaner.
We could have done this also in the apartment.
The Heating. Yes, the chimney from the heating system runs through the attic. We need to isolate that. That is one of our projects for 2017.
If we would known that switching on and off the heater was too noisy, we could have helped.
The heater can be turned off overnight. We could have done this if the volume disturbes the guests sleep.
Internet. An unstable internet connection is no longer acceptable to anyone - even in a holiday apartment. We bought a new router and the same day the problem was fixed.
We would have already been able to do this during the stay!
