You’ll have the apartment to yourself.
The apartment is set on the top two storeys of an Victorian Pea Barn. It is accessible via an external staircase from the private courtyard where you can park securely. The apartment is centrally located in the market town of Bourne Lincs and there are numerous pubs, restaurants, shops within 5 minutes walking distance. The space
The apartment is set over two floors with the two tastefully decorated bedrooms on the first floor along with the well appointed bathroom. Go up the stairs and very large kitchen, dinner and relaxation area await you. The kitchen boasts high end appliances, including oven, hob, washer-drier, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and even a Krushr and Geyser instant boiling tap. Guest access
Access to the barn is via the external staircase from the private courtyard. If only 2 people have booked the barn, one of the bedrooms maybe locked but all the areas are open for your convenience and for you to enjoy! See www.EauProperties.co.uk for more details

Other things to note
The apartment is set across 2 storeys via an external staircase. This apartment does not have wheelchair access and for those of you with difficulty on stairs then this isn't for you. The family who own the property will most likely be in residence in Bourne Eau House. The family dog, Frank is a super friendly labradoodle and may bark if he sees a stranger but will just want a cuddle. Anyone afraid of dogs please let us know in advance and we will do our best to ensure he remains in the main house and is not out in the courtyard when you are there. The Barn is situated as part of the historic Bourne Eau House, arguably the most photographed building in Bourne. Opposite the grade 1 listed Bourne Abbey this apartment gives immediate access to the market town of Bourne. The building is within the conservation area of Bourne and is opposite the memorial park which is terrific for a walk or to take the kids to the swings. Being at the centre of Bourne, there are numerous pubs (Smiths is the best!), restaurants and local shops. If you are staying a while then Sainsbury, The Co-op or Tesco are all within 10-15 mins walk or 2 mins drive away.
