Our location is 15 km from Tynset city center in a small mountain village called Lonås 700 moh. To the world heritage site Røros, it is 65 km and to Trondheim is 160 km. The house is an older log house, newly restored inside and is located on a gardening. In the winter there is a ski slope 50m from the door, and it opens up opportunities for a great hiking trail for those who like skiing. In summer there are good opportunities for walking, cycling and fishing trips.

This place is beautiful old fashioned with latest facilities. Location is very beautiful countryside. Eystein is very friendly, responsive. Only one problem was that I found this place child-unfriendly, because of heaters and stairs right in front of bedroom.

Eystein is a very friendly host. He waited for us til 11pm to check us in and even heated the house already so we wouldn't be cold on arrival. His place is beautiful, cozy and has its charme. We felt comfortable from the very beginning.

This place is an absolute dream! The house is homey and comfortable with a spacious kitchen and bathroom. There is a living room with a chimney that keeps the whole first floor warm, and it is the perfect place to lounge around on a rainy day. The property is lovely with mushrooms popping up everywhere at the time of our visit, which made it even more magical. Eystein is very kind and welcoming - we loved staying at the house so much that it was hard to leave. Thank you, Eystein, for hosting us at your home!

We were travelling through for work, and just needed a place to dry our camping gear and sleep, but Eystein farm provided so much more! It's in a beautiful location, there is a lot of space, and the farm seems to have a lot of history. Highly recommended; we wished we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely amazing. The location is very beautiful and pleasant. The host is very friendly and helpful. But most of all the house is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Hug and traditional. Full of characters. Love it
