Connected to an LRT station by a covered bridge with 35 mins train ride away to KLCC station (for PETRONAS Twin Towers), Central Market / Chinatown (30 mins), Bukit Bintang station (45 mins), Batu Caves station (60 mins) and KLIA (by ERL in 1 hour). Equipped with modern facilities such as 24-hour security, gym, outdoor pool, 100Mbps wifi, among others.

Lembah Subang / Ara Damansara is a growing residential and commercial neighbourhood which may change in the future with the recent opening of the new LRT (metro) train station. There are a few eateries nearby within walking distance; about four Mamak restaurants and some Chinese eateries.

For more eating options, you may take the LRT to Evolve Mall (1 station away) or Subang Jaya (3 stations away). It goes without saying that if you opt to explore KLCC and Bukit Bintang areas (35-40 minutes by LRT), the eating options are literally endless.

Basic sundry shops are abundant at the shophouses below such as 99 Speedmart and KK Mart. For elaborate groceries, you may take the LRT to Ara Damansara station for Jaya Grocers.
