Casa Tagle has a great location in Puebla's Historical Downtown, with a six block distance from the Cathedral and main area. It is cozy studio in a historical house from the 17th century where the painter Ignacio Tagle lived. It has beautiful interiors and privacy. This location will get into the culture, the atmosphere from the Colonial Mexico from walking distance to Museo Amparo, Biblioteca Palafoxiana, Wrestling Arena. A great place for couples and solo adventurers. Hope you enjoy it!

The space
It a very cozy space, that includes a living room with beautiful natural light, a confortable bedroom and one bathroom. The studio maintains a very balanced temperature due to its typical architecture form the colony with ceiling of 3 meters high. It has plenty of privacy and from the moment you get out in the street you will feel in the heart of the downtown area. Our studio has noise isolation to provide a proper rest for you.
Our kitchen is well equipped so you will be able to cook your meals comfortably. It has a sink, mini fridge, electric cooktop, utensils to cook, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dish ware and silver ware.

Guest access
The access is through the main entrance, where you will enter to a central patio. We have a kind doorkeeper that will guide your to the studio and will give you the keys. At your arrival you will receive welcoming booklets with information and tips for your stay. ( tourist information, internet password, recommendations and useful phone numbers among others)
There is no need of using stairs, it is on the street level.

Other things to note
Unfortunately we do not offer parking , nevertheless the area counts with parking services within 40meters away from the house.

Traditionally Barrio del Carmen has events in the Wrestling Arena within a walking distance from our house, During weekends you will hear from the distance the lovely sound from the bells from the churches and in general downtowns life offers great options to know good cuisine and Mexican history. This house is from a walking distance to the main touristic sights in Puebla. It is an authentic place were you will get a first hand insight of how is the everyday life in Mexico. Museums, restaurants, churches, schools and true smalls stores and antiques shops. We have recommendations for you in the guidebook section of this page.
