Wonderland Lodge:

This cabin is named after the Wonderland Trail, a famous hiking route that circumnavigates completely around Mount Rainier. It draws hikers from around the world.

This cabin is the perfect place to rest and relax after you complete the 10 day, 93 mile trek and cumulative 22,000 feet of elevation.

Even if you don't take the hike, you'll love this luxurious mountain lodge in the Greenwater area, Northeast of the mountain

About Wonderland Lodge:

The large living room is just the place to gather with friends and family and you will find the over sized leather furniture down right luxurious compared to sitting around the campfire (even though that is fun too!)

Year round the living room is flooded with light from the high windows and in the summer you can stroll out the glass doors to spend days on the large deck which is especially soothing at twilight.

On the north end of the deck is the large hot tub, sure to warm up your body and your soul.

Upstairs is a large loft complete with flat screen television, a DVD player with disks to watch. (Sorry no cable TV, remember you're in the mountains!)

After sleeping on the cold hard ground during your Wonderland hike, you will love the large master bedroom with king sized bed, hotel quality linens, and soft fluffy pillows.

In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed, but the bottom is double bed width for extra space. The third, has a private deck and two sets of bunks which means there are sleeping spots for 9 people in beds and that beats even the big tent you took on the hike.

There are 2.5 bathrooms with hot showers that you'll enjoy after that hike. One bathroom has a big Jacuzzi and the other even has a steam room. No more frigid river waters trail sponge baths. These bathrooms are to die for.

The kitchen has been upgraded with quality appliances, large refrigeration space and comes equipped with all the pots, pans and utensils you'll enjoy using after cooking over a camp stove. We supply all the utensils you'll need as well to enjoy your meal afterwards.

What Others Have to Say:

"A wonderful cabin, fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen. Nestled in the forest within a short drive to mount Rainier national park. A wonderful property." - Zvi

More about Wonderland Lodge:

The home is surrounded by large trees and the yard is left in a natural landscape as is common in this mountain area. You may see squirrels, rabbits, and the herd of elk that frequent the area.

Wonderland Lodge is in a quiet mountain neighborhood, an easy stroll to the white river, a great place for children and adults to bicycle ,and also close to hikes for all levels of experience.

You don't have to be a mountaineer to stay at this home, you just have to like comfort and convenience.

Wonderful house in a really stellar spot and is not too far from plenty of hiking spots and other city amenities. The hot tub is perfect for unwinding and relaxing at the end of a long trip or day, and overall this location was perfect for a group of 6.

Perfect location for skiing on Day 1 and snowshoeing on Day 2. A nice house, but not a great house for the price. Everything is fine, but fell short of our expectations. Partially this was my fault for not realizing both bedrooms upstairs included bunk beds, so it was not a great…

Lovey cabin, nice remote location but still easy to access. Cabin is very functional but for the price it feels like it should be a little better maintained. Everything worked, but the little stuff was off: old bathroom fixtures, scratchy old towels, little hassles like that. Ove…

Very spacious, well-equipped cabin. The secluded location makes for a perfect getaway. We watched deer off the back porch - a bonus.

We were a bit disappointed in the Wonderland Lodge. The house has not been maintained well. Railings on upper decks were dangerously loose, bunk beds unstable, deck needs to be power-washed, barbeque was dirty. There was also just a few plastic chairs outside - no real furnitu…

This is the perfect cabin getaway for a long weekend. It was everything that we could've hoped for and exactly as described. I will certainly be going back for future stays.
