Thank you for your review, however, I’m not sure that your opinion on the bed is an appropriate use of the review option considering that it is stated in the full description that the second bedroom has a foam mattress. Additionally, it does not seem reflective of the full value you received at the exceptional rate you received for booking in the low season. If you weren’t comfortable on the bed in the second bedroom, we’re terribly sorry for this. We always make sure our listing is 100% reflective of the accommodations we provide and many people love Tempurpedic foam mattresses. In either case, we would have loved to know that you had this issue during your stay so that we could have been aware that you weren’t happy and work together to resolve. We can only help you to the degree that you communicate with us and are always here to help our guests experience the best possible stay. We just wanted to clarify the full situation in case others read this and assume that your opinion on the bed was due to a misrepresentation on our part, which it wasn’t. We feel this review is not representative of who we are and the 5-star stays that most of our guests report.
