Two double bedrooms or one double bedroom and lounge with 3 seater sofa , bathroom, hallway 40 inch smart TV use of farmhouse kitchen with range cooker kitchen dining table and all appliances and crockery
Espresso and cappuccino coffee machine variety of tea and coffee as well as breakfast cereals marmalade and milk guests to enjoy
Use of garden and garden furniture for all fresco dining or breakfast.
Garden has views over the Cotswolds countryside with an abundance of local footpaths which lead through the Avon valley or Duke of Beaufort's estate.
Parking on gravel drive at the front of the property.
Annex is at the rear under arch via external door with secure key code safe for flexibility of check in and departure.
Hallway with art gives access to a separate double bedroom, with chaise lounge and bedside lamp on bedside cabinet.
The hallway also leads to a second double bedroom with double or lounge option with 3 seater sofa with lamp, antique tray with glasses with water jug and antique chair, travel cot available when needed
The hallway has artwork, two chest of drawers which have spare towels, iron, additional heaters if needed,
Private family bathroom for the guests comprising of modern white suite, pedestal wash basin wc sink Bath shower in bath with curtain, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Use of fully equipped kitchen (shared when hosts are in residence) with fridge range cooker microwave dishwasher cappuccino espresso coffee machine and all utilities required, large dining table and chairs for breakfast or after dinner chats and planning the next days adventures
Interaction with guests
When in residence on arrival or guests can alternatively use the key code safe for key collection giving flexibility on arrival time early check-in is possible on request
