Hi Natalia, despite the fact we really appreciate the feedback received by our guests so we can improve our service. I must remark that some details you mention are totally out of reality. The mattress is practically new and the furniture in our kitchen are in good conditions. About the heater we are working on that since the whole hill has changes in the water pressure, and hopefully thanks to a professional the our water heater will be working perfectly by next week. Thanks for noticing the bathroom curtain, we will change it immediately. Regarding your private massage, I would have thanked a better or at least a less colloquial language... We do not even offer breakfast so complaining for a better quality tea is too much, too picky. We have tea and coffee for our guest and we have just received compliments for that. We understand that we share with different people and we can receive different feedbacks too (good or bad), but some of your complains are absolutely far from being accurate. Anyway, we work everyday to make it better so we will keep doing it. Thank you Natalia!
