The space
As shown in the pictures one of the bedrooms is set up and used as an office in which case the home can sleep 6-8 comfortably with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 double.

If Guest wishes to have a little more space for sleeping, Host can remove the office furniture and re-configure the office into a bedroom with a queen size bed for an additional fee.

The entire main home and exterior grounds are included in the listing.

There is a small ADU on the property (with separate entrance and 1 parking spot) that is occupied by a long term tenant. Guests may see tenant walking between the ADU and the parking area. With advance notice and for an extra fee, the ADU tenant may be willing to vacate during the length of the guest's stay. Please inquire directly with host.

Other things to note
The property is fully fenced, gated, and very private with limited visibility into the property from the fencline. Towels and bedsheets are provided. No interior cameras.

Inquire about private yoga on the deck. Host is happy to connect guests with a great local practitioner.

Housekeeping services can be made available during your stay upon request for an added cost. Cleaning fee includes full professional clean before and after stay.
