Enjoy this quiet, comfortable, and beautiful apartment just a 5-minute walk to the T (subway), restaurants, and groceries. This 3rd floor living space in this 19th century house is great for travelers visiting their families in JP and Roslindale. Thirty - forty minutes via subway to downtown Boston. Parking in the driveway may be made available upon request, depending on our schedules and snow. (On street parking requires a residential permit Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM.)

Thanks for staying with us, Camuel! Just to clarify for prospective guests reading this, we have a soaking tub, but not a hot tub. It's basically just a deep bathtub - no jets. But yes, there is a skylight above. And unfortunately we won't be renting our car out anymore but there are others who rent their vehicles out in the neighborhood using the website Turo.
