The space
Located in the historic center of Montepulciano, in Via Collazzi, 33, 50 meters from the Cantina RICCI (which I recommend to everyone to visit for its beauty) and 300 meters from Piazza Grande, (location of the TV series I MEDICI)
Piazza Grande, that is one of the most beautiful Italian square and monumental town centre. Piazza Grande is surrounded by Palazzo Tarugi, Palazzo Contucci and Pretorio, by the Dome carried out by Ippolito Scalza, inside we can find works of Sano di Pietro, of Andrea del Sarto and Andrea della Robbia schools. On one side of the square there is also the town council, we discovered now that the Florentine Michelozzo was its designer, it looks like Palazzo Vecchio in Florence.
All the necessary facilities, restaurants, bars, shops are just a few steps from the house.
There is free parking 150 meters from the apartment (end of via di San Biagio, beginning of Via dei Grassi) and 40 meters from the "Pollicino" bus stop which operates an urban service. For lovers of 2 wheels garage (motorcycles and bicycles 5 euros per vehicle to be paid locally)

The Apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas in Montepulciano, 300 meters from Piazza Grande, (Very close to the "IL SASSO" School) just a short walk from shops, bars, restaurants and countryside. This relationship between art and nature, will make your stay unforgettable

Free parking at 150 meters and the Urban Bus stop at 40 meters make it easy and convenient for the customer. I point out that in the Old Town you can not enter by car.
