shopping district is located five minutes away. The nearby Medical Campus is
home to Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo General Hospital, the new Women
and Children's Hospital, The Cardiovascular Institute and the

University of Buffalo's Medical School. Nearby attractions include the Allendale Theater
of Youth, Butler Mansion, Arlington Park, Days Park, Kleinhan's Music Hall (home
to the Buffalo Philharmonic}, and Theodore Roosevelt Inauguration Site. Downtown's
new Waterfront called Canalside , KeyBank Center, Shea's Theater located in Buffalo's Theater District,
and Local, State and Federal Office buildings are a short metro rail ride away.
