The apartment has: one main bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower. Kitchen with two electric burners, fridge and kitchen cabinets, dining table. The living room has a coffee table, a double sofa-bed and TV with channels in english, german, french and italian. From the living you can access to another bathroom with shower. The space
The apartment is right on the beach of Boca Chica, above the Puerco Rosado Restaurant open from 7:30am to 10:30pm. From here you can easily access to all service in the small town of Boca Chica since it is also close to the main street. The minimarket, the bank, the drugstore and various restaurants are at very close walking distance. A bigger supermarkes is 800 mt away.
Air conditioning is only in the bedroom. The livingroom is equipped with fan.
At weekends and on national holidays, the beach might be pretty crowded and noisy during the day, and occationally at night. 23rd to 24th of June is the San Juan night, and people will be at the beach, and pretty loud, all night long.
