Come feel the good vibes in a home full of musical instruments, records and “la vie boheme”! Montrose is beautiful and the house is walking distance from Trader Joe's, bars, restaurants and shops. Short drive to Hollywood, Angeles National Forest, Burbank, Pasadena and Downtown, and only 7 miles (10-15 minutes) to the Rose Bowl and 9 miles (10-15 minutes) from Dodger Stadium. Easy parking, lots of trees and space, without the cluster-cuss of the city; one of the quietest neighborhoods in L.A!

The place and location was very good. The vibes were great. Besides the small cleanliness issues the house is very good and would recommend to anyone with 3 or less people. You'll love the cats and your stay overall.
