There are two Airbnb units on the ground floor off the same foyer; but no shared walls. Book both for family or larger groups! Host lives upstairs. 27 stairs (no railings or handrails) to reach rear garden entry door.

The Suite (450 sq ft) offers a private separate bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and living room with kitchen nook. Unfortunately, cooking is not possible but the kitchen nook offers all basic mini-appliances and dishes. Washing dishes in the tiny bathroom sink is sadly, inconvenient; hence guests are invited to leave used dishes or use the paper ones provided. Luxurious cotton sheets, down pillows, comforter, and heated mattress cover. Quality bath products and more. TV (Cable, Roku, Netflix, or sign into your own account). Space heater, fan, and central heat/AC controlled by host, as needed.

Proximity (2 miles) to downtown Walnut Creek and freeways 24/680 is unbeatable: business offices, chic shops, international cuisine, newly renovated Broadway Plaza with the best shopping in the East Bay, Dean Lesher Center for the Arts, movie theater and more. Close to St Mary's College, Briones Regional Park, Mt Diablo State Park, Lafayette Reservoir, Lafayette/Moraga Trail, Iron Horse Trail, Diablo Valley College and more.
