The space

We offer comfortable accommodation in Inner Melbourne in Clement House, a two storey Victorian built in 1888. Large double bedroom with balcony, private bath and internet access; comfortable queen size bed, TV and radio. The room is upstairs on the first floor. We are walking distance to the bay, beach and tourist attractions in St Kilda and only a short train or tram ride to the City, Tennis Centre, Albert Park Raceway and MCG. Safe on street parking, close to public transport and easy access to and from the Airport. Rates are without breakfast, but we can provide a healthly breakfast as an optional extra, served in the private courtyard when the weather is good. The attractions of Chapel Street are also within walking distance or just catch the Chapel Street tram two minutes walk away. It is a non smoking house with an outside courtyard for smokers. The rate for guests that stay for a week are heavily discounted and therefore very attractive.
