Even tho we have arrived late at night we were welcomed and offered every help we needed. The house has two terraces with a magnificent view of the Croatian islands and it takes 2minutes walk to reach the nearest beach. There are no words to describe this place, you just have to …

Response from Marko:
Sometimes in peak season due to a great number of tourists on the island it happens water pressure go down, but fortunately it is very seldom (Website hidden by Airbnb) Regarding instruction about coming to the house, it is taken down very clear photo from (Hidden by Airbnb) Earth with marked way from ferry port in Stari grad and put among other photos. Sorry that Eric didn't have a look to all photos.

We loved staying at Marko's house in Jelsa. Great to meet his uncle, a very nice man. The house is simple but more than we expected. A great location, a short walk from Jalsa and lovely swimming spots 5 minutes walk from the house. We hope to return. Thanks, Martyn.

Response from Marko:
I appreciate comments from our guest. From every our guest. Every comment take our attention and help us improve the quality of house that has been rented for more than 35 years. It is reality that this year in the middle of season due to lot of tourists happens to have lower water pressure. Out of control, sorry. It's getting better already. Regarding instruction for coming to house, it is very easy to check within house profile photos, everybody can find instruction but must spend some time and scroll through 50 + photos on house profile. Needed few minutes of attention. This particular apartment is clean, no carpet at all, W-Fi is excellent. Lot of info on house profile. First time I got note that guest couldn't get me on phone... Strange. What to say? I didn't have intention to put any info on Mr. Rafal (he is very nice person) but I see one point has to be put here, now, more for the attention of future guest. It is well known that air conditioners (Split system that we have in every apartment) would have to be used in a way to position temperature not lower than 6-7 degrees Centigrade under outside temperature. And of course, if guest leave apartment, air conditioner have to be either switched OFF ( if windows left opened) or left ON if windows closed. In this period of summer outside temperature was always ABOVE 30 and up to 34 degrees Celsius. When Rafal use to go out with family, he left air conditioners possitioned on 14 degrees Celsius, left open windows and balcony doors. That is torture for outside air con compressor and noisy. Also, at one occasion it was reported issue with water (they had no hot water for 2 days)... After checking in apartment it appeared that somebody has switched boiler hitting button OFF. Of course no hot water, but that's with kids, they make lot of funny things. I am sorry that Mr Rafal reported issues, I understand it in a way that he and his family were fully relaxed and it's OK. They are always welcome back and I assure any issue will be solved within 24 hours after report, except some that are out of our control.
