Pigeon’s Post is a truly delightful three storey house located in the coastal village of Hope Cove, just 120 metres from the beach.

This characterful cottage combines all the charm of the original building with modern touches such as underfloor heating in the bathrooms and a newly refurbished kitchen.
Pigeon’s Post is the perfect place to kick back, relax and enjoy a perfect Devon holiday.
Located on the ground floor is the warm and welcoming kitchen/diner complete with large decorative rayburn. The dining area houses a large wooden table with seating for 8.
There is also wood burning stove giving the room a warm and cosy feel.
Also on the ground floor is a good size utility area which houses the large fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Stairs lead up to the first floor with a half landing that has a cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.
There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, one with twin beds the other with bunk beds.
Also on this floor is the light and airy living room which has glazed patio doors leading on to a small balcony - standing room only!
Stairs then lead to a second bathroom which features a walk-in shower, wc, wash basin and heated towel rail. It also benefits from having underfloor heating. 2 further bedrooms are found on the top floor.
The master is furnished with a king-size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, integrated wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror.
This room also has glazed patio doors leading on to a small balcony - again - standing room only!
Bedroom 2 houses a king-size zip and link bed that can be arranged as twin beds, bedside cabinet with lamp, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and mirror.
The newly refurbished family bathroom complete with underfloor heating is found next to the master bedroom. It houses a bath with overhead shower, wc and wash basin.
Outside the enclosed private garden is a great place to while away a sunny afternoon, and with patio furniture and a barbeque, it’s perfect for those days when you’re content to stay close to home.
There is allocated parking for one car immediately outside the property and additional parking can be found in The Square, if you’re lucky, 20 metres away.
