The space
We rent to 25yrs of age or older. No pets. Severe allergy to dogs.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!! 5min walk to the beach!!! Front bayview from kitchen and balcony view of the canal and bay!!!!! Walk everywhere you won't need your car!!!! Go fishing in Wight Bay after a dip in the ocean or pool!! Fish cleaning station located at the base of the dock. Everything is so close!! We are a few blocks away from the convention center!!!! Go see a show or concert there and be within walking distance!!!!

Guest access
You will have access to the full condo, pool, and get 2 parking passes. If parking passes are lost, $125.00 replacement fee will be incurred. POOL ONLY OPEN MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND TILL MID SEPT. LINENS,TOWELS, and PAPER PRODUCTS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
