The space
This flat is our home, so we have put our love into decorating it to make it feel that way. We've taken our inspiration from Scandinavia, with a clean colour palette, 70s teak furniture, and our favourite posters & prints featured on the walls. The fireplace is a great way to cozy up in the winter or even on chilly summer nights in watching tele. Full BT Sport subscription and Nextflix is all available for you to use, as well as our Sonos sound system with Alexa - just ask for the songs you want and she'll play!

The flat has one bedroom so is ideal for 2, but we can accommodate up to 4 with a top quality double, self-inflatable, Aerobed air mattress in the lounge.

The kitchen is spacious and has a table setup for 2 which can easily expand. We also have a lovely garden which accommodates more seating, it's a great space for relaxing especially when the sun comes out.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire flat and garden.

Other things to note
You should note that the street is for permit holders only; hence, you would not be able to park a vehicle on the Morley Road without a parking pass Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 6:30pm. We do have passes available for purchase, they're £1 per an hour or £10 for a full day. Outside of these hours, parking is free; on Saturday and Sunday, parking is free.

The neighbourhood is truly up and coming with the ever changing Francis Road at the end of our street. There you will find fantastic options for boutique shopping, food, coffee and local craft beer. There seems to be something new arriving every month!

Yardarm is dangerously close and features great wine and craft beer options, as well as locally sources groceries. There's a garden to chill out in at the back of this shop - great spot when the sun decides to come out.

Marmelo Kitchen we certainly recommend as a great dinner option which you can stumble home from in less than 5 minutes, focusing their dishes on locally sourced, organic produce. They also do delicious coffee and brunch options during the day. You should book if you're hoping for a Friday / Saturday evening meal.

Kettle & Ryan is brand new, opening the first weekend of November. Right next to Yardarm, so another very handy location. They serve up contemporary British breakfast, lunch & dinner, we cannot wait to try them out!

Phlox Books is a great spot to have a read or browse books with a glass of wine, beer or coffee in hand. They occasionally do events, recently we went to a book signing for the Little Library Cookbook by an award winning food blogger Kate Young interviewed by food critic Grace Dent. Keep your eyes peeled, I would suggest booking ahead of your visit if you find one you're interested in.

Edie Rose is a lovely little shop where you can pick up any size of house plant, and a great pot too, also they do fresh cut flowers.

Venner is a fabulous home decor shop where you can pick up prints, pottery, candles, home wares, baby gifts & jewelry. Many of which are ethical, sustainable and locally sourced items.

At the end of Francis Road you'll reach a great local community pub, The Northcote, they do a quiz every Tuesday, music bingo every other Thursday (our absolute favourite!!), and Sundays are a great shout with bottomless bloody marys at brunch, a local designers market during the day and an evening drag show!

Leyton Midlands Road;

Perky Blenders are specialty grade coffee roasters, they also sell local craft beer and mix excellent cocktails. They have a fab little garden and regularly do food collaborations with pop up trucks such as Vietnamese Bahn Mi, Walthamstow Dogs, Homies on Donkeys Tacos and The Greek Cafe. Get there early before it's sold out!

General Provisions is a smart shop in the HOST building selling beautifully designed and unique homewares, stationary, cards and gift wrap. I can always find something I need to add to my collection in here.

Leyton High Street;

You can enjoy Deeney's who serve up excellent coffees and yummy Scottish inspired sarnies, the queue is always worth it.

The Leyton Food Market in Coronation Gardens if a favourite and runs from April - December every Saturday where you can find great coffee, homemade bread, food stalls and locally designed wares.

The Leyton Technical is a popular pub choice, located very conveniently across from Leyton Station in the impressive old Town Hall building. Good food, popular for it's pub quiz every Wednesday, it also regularly shows the Rugby games and they usually have a DJ on Friday / Saturday nights.

Carry on from the station on the high street to reach the Leyton Star, you will get the best coverage for sports at this pub - they regularly show the Premier League Football, 6 Nations Rugby, Boxing, etc. Great food options here, our favourite is We Serve Humans for their naughty pub burgers and chips!

We also have the local football team, the Leyton Orient. You should be able to purchase tickets online fairly easily, cummon O's!!
