A great place which beats staying at a hostel anytime. You will have your privacy (your own private bathroom, private shower, and fridge) at a very affordable cost, in a quiet neighborhood not too far from all the major NYC attractions. You can save by buying groceries around the area and storing them in the fridge. Much cheaper than buying in tourist areas.

My stay at Alex's place was very pleasant. The description matches reality. It was affordable, private and close to public transportation. Alex was an excellent host and I won't hesitate to rent the place again when I return to New York.

Alex was an awesome host. Helped with directions, told us about local events & places to grab quick meals. The place was exact to details. He left us plenty to snack on, clean apartment & WiFi was on point. Definitely recommend everyone to stay there! Thanks!
