Great first tiny house experience! Has everything you need in a very quiet area. Takes a little bit of gravel to get there, but was still easy enough to find. The address is on the mailbox and the tiny house is set back a bit so you don't really see it right away making it that much more of a private staying experience. Would stay again.

Response from Tom:
Yes we are on gravel for 2 miles, but being so coose to Fairfield is a real blessing, the arts and food and people are incredible, and being private as you say means dark nights skys with bright stars and full moons... sometimes seen diving into the pond...

Rustic, peaceful and back to nature in a rural environment. A fresh experience after too many run of the mill overnight lodging experiences on the road. Respecting yourself, others and the environment is a priority.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Fairfield and would like a peaceful retreat for some rest and relaxation. The Tiny House is quaint and comfortable with all the amenities you need. My favorite part was sitting on the front deck, drinking fresh coffee as the sun was rising and birds were singing.

The tiny house is a great retreat. It's quiet and isolated. It's similar to a cabin, the kind of place you go to get away from it all. The kitchen has all the necessities to do some light cooking. The bed is comfortable and there is an air conditioner to fight the Iowa heat. It was a lovely, unique get away!
