Newly renovated studio apartment, located 1.6km from the Republic Square. It is in a new building, in a safe neighborhood. The apartment is 46sqm, bright and welcoming. There is a comfortable large queen bed, a lovely kitchen and plenty of wardrobe space. A 24h self check-in is available, high-speed (100mb/s) wifi and all that will make your stay comfortable. We have a wonderful view of Mount Ararat too!

The space
The apartment is designed with upmost care and attention to detail, to provide our guests with a pleasant ambiance and comfort.
Our kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook, brew coffee and pop open a bottle of champagne. We provide our guests with essentials!
There is a dining area, with a large wooden table. You will have enough space to feast and to work, while the plants keep you company.
The sitting area is one of our favorite corners in the studio, for it accommodates a moment to relax and reflect.
The bed is comfortable, with enough pillows to make sure you get a good nights rest.

If you are looking for a raw Yerevan experience, this is the neighborhood for you. The street is busy during the day and quiet at night. The town's market is down the road, the central station is 5 min by car (which hosts farmers market on the weekends). You can take a walk to Vernissage for some local goodness and continue the walk to the Republic Square to watch the fountains dance !
