Great check-in experience
100% of recent guests gave the check-in process a 5-star rating.
Tucked behind a residential street, my place will be a haven for a quiet night conveniently located for Temple Meads and the Bath Road.

There are a range of local amenities nearby - plenty of shops and some dining options, with the trendy areas of Totterdown and Bedminster a short drive away.

The house is a single storey barn conversion. There is a single step into the property but otherwise is easy to negotiate for those with reduced mobility - please contact me to discuss mobility needs.

The space
Open plan living space and high ceilings help the barn feel light and airy. It's a modern, uncluttered style. The outside space (currently a work in progress) is quite private and a pleasant spot to enjoy a drink in the evening sun.

Coffee lovers - Bristol has a lot of great coffee, let me know if that's something you're into and I'll find something special for your morning pourover.

Guest access
Everything except for my own bedroom is open to guests. Relax in the lounge and make use of the kitchen to cook.

Other things to note
Vegan/Vegetarian toiletries and non-dairy alternatives available.

Eco cleaning products used in the house and to wash bedding and towels

Everyone welcome, LGBT+ friendly.

My neighborhood is Sandy Park, it's a quiet family neighborhood so perfect for a bit of respite after a busy day or sightseeing or a big night out. It's really easy to get to the livelier neighbourhoods with nightlife and more restaurant options but be aware they won't be on the doorstep. Message me before booking if you are unsure if the location is right for you.

I'm a 30 year old trying to see as much of the world before I put down roots. I have a lot of friends from my travels and am always looking to have more. I moved to Bristol recently and love sharing my new discoveries from the with my guests. I love reading, especially philosophy and other books that make me think. My favourite film director is Jim Jarmusch and I like almost all kinds of music. I'd rather be out doing something than sat watching TV and hope I'll be able to share my finds with hosts and guests too. I always try to treat people well, you never know when your luck might run out and I believe it is important to rack up the good karma points while you can!
